Our coffee is a blend of beans from two world renowed, Peruvian organic coffee estates. The first, Finca Entre Rios, borders the National Park in Sierra de las Minas and benefits from the rainforest micro-climate. The second, El Guabo in San Ignacio, brings stability and solid chocolate notes to our blend.
The beans are given a deliberately long, slow roast, resulting in high caramelisation and a rich taste which emerges through both milk and espresso based coffees. |
